Here at Jam Designed Limited we produce truly unique handmade small leather goods and kitchen knives. Everything we make is hand made from start to finish right here in Yorkshire, England.

Crafted with Passion
Here at Jam Designed we use the best ​premium leather and high quality steel.
The leathers we use are sourced from Europe (mainly Italy) from such well esteemed tanneries as Conceria Walpier based in Tuscany Italy and Badalassi Carlo who are also based in Tuscany Italy. Both these tanneries produce the most beautiful vegetable tanned leathers in the world.
We also source leathers from the uk, from such tanneries as the 150 year old family owned tannery J.FJ Baker & co. in Devon which is the only remaining Oak Bark tannery in Britain.
Our steels are true Sheffield steel, Swedish damasteel and the beautiful Japanese Takefu special steel.
